When will my item be shipped?

  We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours after payment has been made. This can take longer if there are issues with your order such as wrong address or declined payments or during busy times such as Christmas and right after new product launches.

 

How do you ship the items?

 Most orders are despatched with royal mail tracked. For heavy and international orders we may use Parcelforce or DPD.

 

Do you accept returns and issue refunds?

 Yes, refunds will be issued on unused items in original packaging. Refunds are issued once the item arrives back to us. Most cases buyer covers shipping. We cannot offer refund on used earrings and items damaged due to user error.

 

Where are your products made?

  All items are handmade in Scotland and the products we use to manufacture our items are sourced in the UK, often from other small businesses.

 

Can I place a custom order?

 YES! We accept requests for custom orders whether it is a special candle for your loved one, large order for a party or company. We are happy to provide bulk discounts too!
